Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Health Care Aides and Health Care Aide Students / Nursing Students who are passionate about providing exceptional care in client home settings. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one‑on‑one client interactions.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, hygiene support, and ADLs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support clients with meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the RVPHC care team
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and client dignity at all times
Qualifications
- Certified Health Care Aide or current Nursing Student (LPN / PN / RN programs)
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
- Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Work Setting Client homes (private residences, acreages, and community settings within Cochrane and area).
