Job Summary
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable Cleaner to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning services across a variety of commercial and residential settings. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients enjoy a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties, which include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Execute both commercial and residential cleaning tasks, ensuring all facilities—such as offices, restrooms, common areas, and private homes—meet stringent hygiene standards.
- Safely and effectively utilize the provided cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain a timely schedule, adhering to established appointments and deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
- Be highly responsive in communication with our company regarding schedules, special requests, and any potential issues that may arise during cleaning duties.
- Efficiently manage time to complete assigned cleaning tasks within the specified time frames.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience in both commercial and/or residential environments.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites or be willing to utilize public transportation in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning equipment and products while adhering to safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for maintaining client relationships.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to different cleaning environments will be considered an asset.
Working Conditions
- The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with additional hours on weekends available by appointment, providing flexibility for interested candidates.
