Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is currently looking for an Electronics Assembler to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Able to perform a variety of routine electronics assembly operations
- Required to inspect subassemblies, parts and/or assemblies
- Soldering and assembly of solid state RF amplifiers and printed circuit boards (PCB)
- Potential for candidates to progress to electrical adjustment and testing
- Read blueprints or schematics for assembly instructions
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to read engineering drawings, circuit diagrams and operations sheets
- Good communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude necessary
- Good hand/eye coordination for fine soldering and assembly work
- Previous experience with assembling electronics
- Previous experience hand soldering is required
- IPC certificate is a plus
