Temporary Full-time: 14-month contract.
This position is accountable to and under the direction of the Manager, People and Culture and is responsible to assist with recruitment, administrative functions relating to human resources and providing confidential services and support to employees.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, sending interview packages, and working closely with hiring managers on new requisitions.
Onboarding and Employee Relations:
Coordinate Onboarding and Orientation process for new hires, including pre-hire communication, managing start dates, access to training, and processing new hire documentation.
Draft employment agreements and letters using established templates (e.g., employment letters, status changes, etc.).
Compliance and Reporting:
Team Engagement and Development:
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with professional and non-professional staff, residents, families, volunteers, and the community.
