Project Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist General Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, and closeout packages.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, project reports, and progress updates.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support procurement activities, including material orders and vendor coordination.
- Monitor project budgets.
- Assist with project compliance requirements, safety documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical project files.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of project coordination or construction administration experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction practices, project documentation, and contract administration.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with construction management software is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D considered an asset

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
