As we expand into our new Highway 7 location, we are currently looking for a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to grow with our team.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Acupuncturists, Registered Massage Therapists, and experienced medical aesthetic professionals. We specialize in treating pain conditions, women’s health and fertility, internal medicine concerns, stress-related disorders, and skin rejuvenation.
Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable RMT to join our growing team. Our patient base includes families, professionals, and individuals seeking therapeutic, rehabilitative, and stress-relief treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Assess clients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
- Stay updated with the latest massage therapy techniques and industry standards.
- Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist in Ontario. Registration with CMTO in good standing is a must.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is advantageous.
