Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with materials and a keen eye for detail. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw materials into finished products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This position requires both technical skills and creativity, as you will be responsible for interpreting designs and executing them with precision. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Operate various fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, welders.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in SIGN FABRICATION or manufacturing is a must.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in fabrication work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques or metalworking is a plus.
