Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled crew to contract for installation of Multifamily unit wall and floor tile, carpet and LVP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floor covering install and removal, demonstrating expertise in working with different materials and tools. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality installations that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.
Duties
- Perform installation of flooring and wall coverings, and other materials according to project specifications.
Skills
- Proficient in tile, carpet and LVP installation techniques.
- Strong ability to read workorders and technical drawings.
- Experience with grout and finishing work for various installations.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and installation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mentality to address challenges on-site.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all installations.
- Read and interpret workorders to understand project requirements and layouts.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks.
- Apply grout, silicone and other finishing materials to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
