AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
We have 1 position available, Using excellent customer service skills, the successful candidate will assist customers and service staff in solving problems, booking service work, invoicing, Estimating, locating required parts, providing pricing and completing online parts ordering. Preference will be given to those who have a valid driver’s license and previous experience in the parts or service shop industry. The right person for our job must demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in the parts or service shop industry
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound decision making skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills • computer skills including the ability to operate a customized inventory management program
