Job Title: Server (Waitstaff)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve (or relevant certification) may be required
