We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our Terrace team in a hybrid Sales & Warehouse Associate role.
Job Overview
This position plays an important role in both the showroom and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, detail focused, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers and driving sales
- Merchandising and maintaining showroom displays
- Pricing and tagging merchandise
- Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup
- Shipping and receiving trucks
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
- Operating warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Supporting customer service inquiries and product questions
- Participating in morning meetings and training sessions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Comfortable in a physically active role involving lifting and moving products
- Basic computer and POS system familiarity is an asset
- Experience in retail sales, warehouse operations, merchandising, or customer service is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are considered an asset
