About This Role
I run a web development business focused on practical websites that help local businesses operate better and sell better.
I am looking for an experienced Niagara-based sales professional with strong local business connections. Your role is to open doors, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality 20-minute consults with business owners and decision-makers.
I handle discovery, and delivery so you can stay focused on building pipeline and momentum. You help with closing when needed.
If you already have trusted relationships across Niagara and know how to start honest business conversations, this role is built for you.
What You Will Do
- Prospect local Niagara businesses through phone, email, and relationship-led outreach.
- Qualify opportunities based on budget, timeline, and business fit.
- Book 20-minute consultations with qualified decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes for each prospect and handoff.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who are not ready yet.
- Help shape a repeatable local sales engine as we grow.
What I Need From You
- Strong B2B sales track record (3+ years preferred).
- Existing relationships and credibility in the local market.
- Confidence in cold outreach and consult booking.
- Professional, direct communication and strong follow-through.
- Comfort working independently and being measured on outcomes.

How Compensation Works
- Draw is advanced weekly and recovered against earned commission.
- Commission is paid on collected revenue, not signed proposals.
- Commissionable revenue excludes taxes, pass-through costs, and refunded amounts.
- All details are finalized in a signed contractor agreement before outreach begins.
Performance Expectations (Pilot)
- Consistent qualified consult volume each week.
- Consult show-rate target: 70%+
- Close-rate target from consults: 25%+
- Average deal size target: 4,000 CAD+
