Line cook /Prep Cook Duties
- Prepares food and sets up supplies
- Ensures food is prepared and cooked according to recipes
- Ensures food meets quality and taste standards
- Manages their station's workflow and gets meals out on time
- Plates dishes
- Works closely with the kitchen team
- Prepares ingredients for chefs to cook
- Chops vegetables, sorts ingredients, and measures
- Assists with basic cooking tasks
- Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen
- Ensures all food and other items are stored properly
- Complies with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Performs other kitchen duties as assigned
Must be able to work well under pressure, on a fast past flow and as a team.
Kitchen is latin american cuisine - mostly shareables and tacos.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
