InsideOut Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our crew in a dual role as a Lawn Care Technician (summer/fall) and Tractor Operator (winter)
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a local company.
What You’ll Do
Spring/Summer/Fall (Primary Role: Lawn Care Team Member)
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Lawn repairs and seeding
- General property maintenance
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
Winter (Primary Role: Tractor Operator)
- Operate tractor with snow blower attachment for residential snow removal
- Complete routes efficiently and safely during early morning deployments (Starting as early as 2am for large snowfalls)
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Provide excellent service to our clients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating tractors, zero turn mowers, or heavy equipment (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Ability to work early mornings and extended hours during snow events (2am start, shifts up to 14 hours)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
