That takes a new kind of Style Advisor.
As one of our founding team members, you’ll play an important role in helping launch one of Canada’s newest premium menswear retailers while helping create a culture built around hospitality, expertise and authentic client relationships.
The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic, relationship-focused Style Advisors to join our teams at:
· Bayview Village – Toronto, Ontario
· Upper Canada Mall – Newmarket, Ontario
· CF Masonville Place – London, Ontario
You enjoy connecting with people, building long-term client relationships and creating exceptional shopping experiences.
For experienced candidates, there is also the opportunity to take on additional Key Holder responsibilities.
Compensation
Style Advisor
· $19.00–$21.00 per hour
· Tiered sales commission
· Starting wage commensurate with experience
Key Holder
· $22.00–$25.00 per hour
· Tiered sales commission
· Starting wage commensurate with experience
What You’ll Do
· Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
· Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up and outreach.
· Develop strong product knowledge across our premium menswear brands.
· Provide styling advice and wardrobe recommendations.
· Proactively build client relationships through outreach and appointment-based selling.
· Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
· Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
· Support receiving, inventory accuracy and daily store operations.
· Assist with opening and closing procedures.
· Help prepare for events, new collections and seasonal floor sets.
· Represent HANK. with professionalism and pride.
Success in this role isn’t measured solely by today’s sale. It’s about building lasting relationships so clients think of HANK. first whenever they need to refresh their wardrobe, prepare for an important occasion or simply look and feel their best.
Additional Responsibilities for Key Holders
· Open and close the store.
· Lead on the sales floor during opening, closing and when management is unavailable.
· Coach and motivate team members.
· Support cash handling, security and operational compliance.
· Maintain customer experience standards.
· Assist with onboarding and mentoring.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in premium, luxury or specialty retail preferred.
· Passion for fashion, menswear and exceptional client service.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Positive, collaborative attitude.
· Ability to build lasting client relationships.
· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise.
For Key Holder Candidates
· Previous key holder or store opening and closing experience.
· Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
· Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
· Ability to confidently support store operations in the absence of management.
