Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This position requires strong leadership skills and a solid background in manufacturing processes. The Production Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of production workers while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manage workflow to meet production goals.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices in assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Operate machinery as needed to facilitate production tasks.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools
- Experience with assembly processes and familiarity with various manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
