Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sell products by providing customers with information on pricing, features, and benefits
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely
- Utilize phone etiquette to answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with diverse customer needs
