Overview:
As a Parts and Service Advisor at Adventure Moto, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting motorcycle enthusiasts and power equipment users in finding the right parts, accessories, and services. You will use your knowledge and passion for motorcycles to help customers select products and services that enhance their riding experience while contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with their parts, service, accessories, and apparel needs.
- Use your expertise to recommend products and services that suit the customer's motorcycle, style, and budget.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Adventure Moto’s point-of-sale system.
- Stay up to date on the latest motorcycle parts and gear to better advise customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and resolve any issues professionally.
- Assist in store promotions, events, or sales campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A strong interest or background in motorcycles and related gear.
- Previous parts and/or service experience, ideally in the motorcycle or power equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory and service systems.
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
