About this role
An exciting opportunity to lead projects across multiple construction companies, with real room to grow and the support to succeed. As Project Manager, you will own the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to close-out, while developing and mentoring the project team around you.
Required skills
- Lead pre-construction planning, site setups, JHA documentation, and emergency contact lists
- Conduct material takeoffs and establish construction sequencing
- Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Facilitate accurate project documentation and meeting minutes
- Own and lead project kickoff, handoff, and close-out processes
- Manage site communications and drive problem resolution with field staff
- Lead daily project reporting and schedule management
- Represent the company in client meetings and act as primary point of contact
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule adherence through to completion
- Prepare and review project estimates, including material takeoffs, labour, and scope costing
- Mentor and support field teams
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture
- Maintain folder structure, organizational assets, and project records
- Support procurement, material ordering, and inventory oversight
- Identify new market opportunities and connect with the sales team
Qualifications & competencies
CET Diploma or Construction Management Degree (asset)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
Procore, MS Project, or similar PM software (asset)
2–5 years construction project management experience

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
