As a QAQC Manager, you will:

Lead and oversee the QA/QC program across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements

Act as the primary QA/QC subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to project teams and site leadership

Review electrical, mechanical, and technology drawings to ensure all systems and scopes are accounted for and meet quality requirements

Oversee on-site commissioning activities, including energization and coordination with commissioning teams, vendors, and service partners

Establish and monitor tracking for widgets, quantities, feeders, and installations; identify constraints, risks, and delays and drive resolution

Ensure working drawings, box-out drawings, and site instructions are current, accurate, and properly distributed on site

Lead site walks, inspections, and audits; ensure deficiencies are documented, communicated, and closed prior to start-up or wall closure

Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of materials, including photo records for damages and missing items

Standardize and manage QA/QC forms, inspection checklists, start-up, and commissioning documentation across projects

Collaborate with supervisors and project teams to develop and execute power-on programs and commissioning readiness plans

Act as the escalation point for QA/QC matters, power-on/power-off coordination, and vendor and subcontractor interfaces
Our ideal candidate has:

Minimum 5 years of field experience in QA/QC within electrical, mechanical, or technology construction environments

Post-secondary education in engineering technology, QA/QC, or a related discipline; trade experience is an asset

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning, and quality management processes

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in active site environments

Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation systems

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
