Responsibilities:
-full time Wednesday- Sunday, start time 8:00am
- Lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the market stall
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Take inventory counts
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the costomer service industry
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Training new employees
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
