- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or field support
-
Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365/O365
-
Familiarity with Windows device setup, user profiles, application support, and basic hardware troubleshooting
-
Basic understanding of LAN connectivity, network troubleshooting, and remote support tools
-
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms for ticket documentation and follow-up
-
Experience with smart cards, badge/card readers, or similar authentication tools preferred
-
Strong customer service, communication, and end-user support skills
-
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed
- Provide on-site technical support to end users at the ITC Center and client locations

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Apple devices)

Support IMAC activities: install, move, add, and change requests

Assist with onboarding new users, including GID setup, user profiles, email configuration, mobile office, and standard application deployment

Image and re-image PCs following standard procedures; assist with data backup when required

Support device migrations, including desktop-to-laptop transitions, replacements, and hardware upgrades

Manage, update, and document tickets accurately in ServiceNow
-
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment

Communicate effectively with end users, team members, and management throughout the resolution process

Participate in project rollouts and deployments as needed
