Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing waste
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
- Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices for food handling
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

*Business Hours - Sunday - Thursday 11AM-1AM, Friday & Saturday 11AM-2AM.
