Are you an active, detail-oriented person who takes pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment? Terra Nova Nordic Spa is seeking hardworking Spa Attendants to join our team for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Our attendants are the backbone of the spa. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role that keeps you on the move, ensuring our facilities remain pristine and our guests feel completely cared for.
What You’ll Do
As a Spa Attendant, you will work across our indoor and outdoor facilities to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort.
- Laundry Operations: Manage the continuous flow of laundry, ensuring robes and towels are efficiently washed, dried, folded, and restocked.
- Guest Care: Ensure guests have everything they need for a relaxing experience, warmly answering basic facility questions and helping maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
- Tidy & Organized Spaces: Continuously refresh and organize locker rooms, saunas, relaxation areas, and outdoor grounds so they look picture-perfect at all times.
- Facility Monitoring: Keep an eye on amenity levels, and overall cleanliness during our busiest peak hours.
What We’re Looking For (Job Requirements)
- Physical Agility: Ability to stand and walk for up to 5 hours at a time, comfortably lift up to 40 lbs (heavy bins of wet towels), and perform frequent bending and reaching to restock amenities and maintain the grounds.
- Availability: Must be fully available to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for neatness and organization, with a proactive mindset (seeing what needs to be done before being asked).
- Weather-Ready: Comfort working in a mix of indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work seamlessly alongside our Guest Services team.
