Position Overview:
As a Senior Clinician (RBA) at Nurturing Behaviours Inc., you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding individualized treatment programs, supervising and supporting our therapy teams, and partnering closely with families to ensure meaningful progress for each learner. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, work within our brand-new therapy space featuring a sensory gym, and make a real impact in the lives of the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to Instructor Therapists and Senior Therapists across home-based, centre-based, and virtual sessions.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, etc.).
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behaviour intervention protocols.
- Monitor client progress through regular data analysis and make treatment modifications as needed.
- Oversee program integrity and ensure ethical, evidence-based service delivery.
- Design ABA programs, create data sheets, and develop therapy materials.
- Deliver parent and caregiver coaching, education, and support.
- Provide staff training and professional development to team members.
- Participate in team meetings, multidisciplinary consultations, and collaborative care planning.
- Maintain regular communication with families, team members, and external professionals.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the field of ABA.
- Strong experience writing behaviour protocols, conducting comprehensive assessments, and supervising therapy teams.
- Familiarity with assessments such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Current (within 6 months) Vulnerable Sector Screening required.
