Responsibilities

- Operate pizza ovens and cooking equipment efficiently to produce high-quality products
- Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely and hygienically during all stages of meal preparation and service
- Assist in serving customers when necessary, providing friendly and prompt service
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion during busy hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred, especially within the restaurant or food industry
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment as needed
