Job Responsibilities

Red Seal Chef certification preferred, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
Proven experience as a chef in an institutional, commercial, or large-scale food service environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and maintain self-discipline in a structured setting.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food presentation.
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications

Red Seal Certification or minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
Passion for culinary innovation and excellence
Food Safety Certification (e.g., Safe Food Handling

Must be able to pass a goverment security clearance

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.90. Full time 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday no weekends. Early morning shifts range from 5 am to 3:00 pm, 8.5 hours per day.
