Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaning Technician to ensure our rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent cleaning skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, contributing to positive guest experiences and repeat bookings.
This role requires a driving license and a vehicle since most of our work locations are in South Frontenac
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Conduct laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Sanitize surfaces and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure the property is guest-ready
- Handle light maintenance tasks related to cleanliness and organization
- Manage custodial responsibilities with attention to detail in both residential and commercial settings
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with property owners or guests if needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
- Skills in various cleaning techniques including sanitation, carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry services
- Ability to perform custodial tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to address guest needs or property owner requests professionally
- Experience with cooking is a plus but not required; however, familiarity with sanitation standards is essential
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively
- Reliable transportation for traveling between properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
