Sales Associate
Nova Staffing is looking for motivated Sales Associates to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and recommend the best devices and plans to meet customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is driven to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
- Promote products, services, and current offers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Use digital tools to support customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and stay updated on new products
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
Note: Position is located on a Express Bus Route (320) from Halifax - Dartmouth or Fall River if you do not have a vehicle. Full bus route takes between 41 - 49 minutes in total.
