We are looking for a motivated individual to join our finishing department. Whether you already have finishing experience or are looking to learn a skilled trade, we are prepared to invest in the right person.
This position begins as a Prep Sander / Finishing Helper, with the opportunity to advance into a Cabinet Finisher as your skills develop.
What You'll Do
- Prepare cabinet doors, drawer fronts and millwork components for finishing.
- Sand raw wood, primer and painted surfaces to our quality standards.
- Inspect parts for defects and communicate any concerns before finishing.
- Mask and prepare products for spraying.
- Assist with staining, sealing and spray finishing.
- Load and unload finishing racks.
- Wrap product for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe finishing department.
- Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Help ensure projects are completed on schedule without compromising quality.
- Work closely with production to keep work flowing efficiently.

Experience
Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
- Cabinet finishing
- Automotive painting
- Wood finishing
- Spray painting
- Cabinet manufacturing
- Woodworking
- Sanding and surface preparation
