What You’ll Be Doing
- Full bathroom renovations (demo → finish)
- Custom acrylic showers (Acrylic wall panels)
- Tile installation (floors, walls, custom showers)
- Shower systems (Schluter, curbless setups)
- Basic framing, drywall, and prep work
- Installing vanities, toilets, trim, and accessories
- Keeping job sites clean and professional
- Representing the company well with clients in their homes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in bathroom renovations, tile work or finish carpentry
- Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Clean, professional attitude with clients
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliability — show up, do what you say, finish strong
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Schluter systems
- Experience with acrylic wall panels
- Ability to run a job or lead a small crew
- Strong layout skills for tile
