Job Summary
We are seeking experienced window cleaners to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in residential & commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, with the ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our company's standards.
Duties
- Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment, MUST HAVE LADDERS, OWN TOOLS, VEHICLE & WSIB
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning and general custodial duties
- Utilize heavy lifting techniques when handling large or cumbersome cleaning equipment or materials
- Apply proper safety procedures during all cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are properly stored after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Assist with other custodial or cleaning tasks as needed to support overall facility maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial window cleaning, custodial work, or related facilities maintenance roles
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment required for window washing
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, working at heights, and the use of power tools
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize and complete multiple jobs efficiently
- Custodial experience preferred but not mandatory; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for traveling between job sites
