Procom is searching for a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM - Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to provide coverage for a team member’s parental leave. This role involves supporting the Human Capital Management (HCM) module of the Oracle ERP by delivering accurate reporting and resolving data issues in collaboration with HR and other business groups.
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM - Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support contact for any HCM module data or reporting needs from the Oracle ERP
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Partner with HR and business groups across the organization to gather requirements and deliver reporting and data solutions
- Extract, validate, and reconcile HCM data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Investigate and resolve data and reporting issues related to the HCM module
- Support recurring and ad-hoc HR reporting deliverables
- Document processes and report logic to ensure continuity during and after the contract
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM - Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with data and reporting for the Oracle HCM module (Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud HCM)
- Strong proficiency with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with HR and business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with BICC (BI Cloud Connector) for Oracle data extraction
- Experience with the SCM and FIN modules of Oracle ERP
- Experience in the utilities, energy, or regulated industry
- Familiarity with HR data, processes, and confidentiality requirements
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM – Assignment Length:
This is a fixed-term contract from the end of August 2026 to February 2027.
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - HCM - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
