Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining room
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams
- Ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for some positions
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hotels is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Positions Available
We are currently hiring for the following Front of House positions:
Server
Deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking food and beverage orders, serving guests professionally, and providing attentive, personalized service throughout the meal. Previous serving experience is preferred.
Host / Hostess
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude, manage reservations and waitlists, answer phone calls, coordinate seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service at the front entrance.
Support (SP)
Support the Front of House team by delivering food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, polishing and restocking tableware, refilling tea and water, maintaining service stations, and ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
Server Assistant Support (SAP)
Work closely with Servers to ensure efficient and seamless service. Responsibilities include running food, refilling water and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, preparing service stations, and assisting with guest requests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and are interested in developing into a Server role.
