Job Description
We are a small residential concrete forming company looking for a dependable, hard-working Concrete Forming Labourer to join our crew. We specialize in residential foundations and are looking for someone who works well in a team environment and is willing to learn.
Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and good attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential concrete formwork and foundation construction
- Carry, clean, and organize formwork materials and tools
- Help set and strip concrete forms
- Assist with placing and tying reinforcing steel (rebar) for footings, walls, and slabs
- Load, unload, and stage rebar and other materials on site
- Assist with measuring, layout, and site preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work alongside foremen and experienced crew members
Requirements
- Physically capable of heavy labour and working outdoors
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well with a crew
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Construction experience is an asset
- Experience with concrete forming or rebar installation is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
