Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook & Food Truck associate to join our dynamic food truck & catering team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by preparing high-quality items and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences through exceptional meal preparation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation for various menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Cook items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including washing, peeling, chopping, and storing ingredients properly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with plating and presentation of menu to meet company standards.
- Support the kitchen & food truck team during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures during food handling and preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is necessary especially in food preparation or cooking roles.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from chefs or kitchen managers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
- A passion for food industry standards and delivering quality dining experiences. Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- Kitchen: 4 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Safe Food Handlers (preferred)
