Overview
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations on our job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including Rubber tire Backhoe, loaders, Skid steer, and Packers for various tasks.
- Operate a water truck on roadways for dust control
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment use and safety practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with backhoe operation, loader operation, Skid steer operation are highly desirable.
- Proven experience with base work is extremely desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $35-$40.00 per hour
