Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. This role involves enhancing product presentation, managing store displays, and ensuring optimal product placement to drive sales and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a background in retail sales, merchandising, and visual design. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement attractive product displays that align with brand standards and marketing strategies
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and pricing adjustments to maximize sales opportunities
- Supervise and coordinate with store staff or other team members to ensure merchandising standards are maintained
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual content, schematics, and promotional materials
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness, organize planograms, and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Assist with POS operations, cashiering, and cash handling as needed during store visits
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and visual marketing initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of merchandising activities, inventory status, and sales performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing shopper inquiries related to product placement or promotions
- Support store management in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and organizational duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or store management
- Supervising experience preferred; demonstrated leadership skills are highly valued
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects
- Strong understanding of schematics, signage design, and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, pricing strategies, and cash handling protocols
- Experience in marketing strategies within a retail environment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Administrative experience related to inventory control or store operations is a plus

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour
