Wind & Tide Educational Community is currently accepting applications from enthusiastic individuals for Lead and/or Assistant Teacher positions in our after-school Development Programs for the 2026 / 2027 school year.
These programs focus on reading, public speaking, and leadership skills for elementary-aged students and are offered in several of our Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey, and White Rock campus locations.
Lead Teachers Requirements:
- Leadership or teaching experience preferred
- Confident leading small groups of children
- Takes initiative, dependable, and organized
- Kind, energetic, and able to build positive relationships with students
Program Assistants Requirements:
- Open to applicants 16 years and older
- Great opportunity to gain experience working with children
- Positive attitude, reliable, and enjoys working with elementary-aged students
Program and full Job Description will be provided at the time of your interview. Additionally, our DP Administration Team will offer training and year-round support.
Days of the Week: Programs run Monday through Thursday (varies by location) 1-2 days a week
Hours: 2 hours per class, (most classes run 3:15 – 5:15 PM)
Pay: CA$18.50 - CA$28.00 per hour depending on role
