About the project
Join a major player in the aerospace industry and take part in large-scale projects within a high‑tech manufacturing environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will act as a key leader on the shop floor, responsible for engaging teams, driving operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
This role is ideal for a hands-on manager with a passion for aerospace, recognized for strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment supporting strategic industrial programs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met, and that human and material resources are used efficiently;

Supervise a work team of approximately 25 employees

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules and procedures;

Manage and develop the team;

Participate actively in work planning and organization meetings;

Create and maintain harmonious and effective relations with his/her team and other company departments.
Skills and qualifications
- DEC in administration or other relevant discipline
-
5 years' experience in team management

Previous experience as an aircraft painter would be a strong asset, as this role is within the painting department.

Experience in a unionized environment

Leadership skills

Excellent communicator and team player

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools an asset

Required experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
