We're acquiring a well-established home improvement company with an outstanding reputation built over decades.
We're looking for one exceptional person who wants more than just another construction job.
This role is for someone who wants to become the operational leader of the business—running the day-to-day operation, leading installations, serving customers, improving systems, building a team, and helping grow the company.
The owner will focus on strategy, growth, acquisitions, and investing.
You will lead the business on the ground.
If you're looking to build a career with a genuine path toward leadership and potential ownership, we'd like to meet you.

- Lead installation crews
- Maintain exceptional workmanship
- Read plans and drawings
- Solve field challenges
- Ensure every project exceeds customer expectations

You're expected to think like an owner.
We want someone who constantly asks:
"How can we make this business better?"
That means:
- Finding efficiencies
- Improving customer satisfaction
- Increasing profitability
- Helping expand the business
- Building scalable systems
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with construction projects involving carpentry, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying.
- Strong familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for diverse building systems.
- Skilled in using hand tools and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience in restoration projects or construction painting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and ability to enforce compliance.
- Prior leadership experience managing teams or projects is preferred but not required; a strong desire to develop into an owner is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
- Business Management skills. Experience with CRM, Speadsheets, Financial Statement, etc.
