Job description
Responsibilities:
· Reception of phone calls, taking messages and relaying all information to the appropriate person
· Prepare Transport Bill of Ladings / Exporting documentation for samples
· Coordination for manufacturing of samples, mailing, packaging and shipping responsibilities. Ensure a pristine presentation
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
· Liaise with team to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
· Assign tasks to internal and external associates or suppliers and assist with schedule management
· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
· Assist in project procurement
· Assist with project progress
· Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
· Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
· Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
· Solid organizational skills, including time-management
· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
