About us: We're an event company that specializes in providing DJ, photography, and videography services for weddings and corporate events in all six major cities across Canada. We are a close-knit team of ten full-time members and collaborate with around 75 contractors.
Your typical day will involve handling inbound calls from individuals planning weddings or corporate parties. You will focus on building rapport, understanding their event requirements, and guiding them to the best solutions.
Requirements:
1. We seek individuals who are natural people persons, capable of engaging in extensive conversations with ease.
2. Fluent English proficiency is required, and knowledge of French is a bonus.
3. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred.
4. We value a consultative approach, where customers genuinely feel that you have their best interests at heart.
5. You should be results-oriented and accountable for achieving monthly revenue targets.
