Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Polish and Buffing Technician to enhance the appearance of our clients' vehicles. This role involves restoring vehicle surfaces to a high-gloss finish through polishing and buffing techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle aesthetics, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Carefully polish and buff vehicle surfaces to achieve a smooth, shiny finish.
- Remove scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation from vehicle paintwork using appropriate tools and products.
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces prior to polishing or buffing procedures.
- Use various polishing compounds and equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect vehicles post-service to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by explaining procedures and addressing client questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in vehicle cleaning, polishing, or detailing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to operate polishing tools safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions related to polishing and buffing tasks.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
