Responsibilities
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to each client’s fitness level, goals, and preferences
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform movements safely and effectively
- Motivate clients to stay committed and maintain a positive attitude throughout their fitness journey
- Track client progress regularly and adjust training plans as needed to optimize results
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized workout space that adheres to safety standards
- Promote a welcoming environment that encourages client retention and fosters community engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required
- Proven experience in personal training or fitness instruction with a strong understanding of exercise science
- Excellent communication skills to clearly instruct and motivate diverse clients
- Demonstrated teaching ability with patience and adaptability for different learning styles
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
