We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hiring Dispatch Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team.

Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of semi-truck dispatching experience is REQUIRED
- Experience dispatching cross - border ( Canada / USA ) loads is preferred
- Experience with load boards , Fleethunt, Border Connect and AFM is required.
- Job is in Airdrie - MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND OWN CAR to commute to work
- Must be fluent in English
- Fluency in Punjabi is an asset
Schedule :
- Full-time / Part-time
- Afternoon and Evening Shift
- Weekend availability is mandatory
