Brad Paddison Contracting Ltd. (BPC) is a Canadian mine project specialist delivering shutdown, turnaround, installation, repair, and maintenance services since 2008. We support major mining operations across the country and are continuing to grow our workforce. BPC is headquartered in 100 Mile House, BC, with crews working across Canada.
We are actively hiring Journeyman Crane Operators for ongoing mine projects in British Columbia. These are shift-based camp positions on large industrial mine sites. Work is fly-in/fly-out, with flights arranged and paid for by the company. LOA is provided when camp accommodations are not available.
Compensation: We hire both employees and owner-operator contractors. Rates are negotiable based on experience and trade certification.
Additional required certifications will vary by location and may include:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (minimum)
- Working at Heights / Fall Protection
- Confined Space
- Mobile Elevating Work Platform
- Telehandler
- Respirator Fit Test
- Pre-access Drug & Alcohol Screening
Previous industrial mining experience is a strong asset.
