About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused repair technician to join our team. This is a commission-based position where your earnings are directly tied to your performance and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Sell pre-owned devices and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Diagnose and repair cell phones and computers efficiently
Digital Marketing & Business Development
- Create and post engaging advertisements on social media platforms to showcase devices and promotions
- Actively source and purchase devices through social media channels and other platforms
- Drive traffic and new business to the store through online presence
Store Management
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Handle cash management and end-of-day reconciliation
- Open and close the store according to business hours
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Administrative & Operations
- Maintain accurate daily records and sales reports using Google Sheets
- Monitor inventory and track device sales
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cell phone/computer repair or a similar domain
- Strong customer service abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Previous experience selling preowned devices and accessories
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for reporting and record-keeping
- Active social media skills and experience with online marketing
- Store management experience preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a commission-based environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Employment Terms
- 2-month probation period
- Target-based commission structure – your earnings grow with your performance

Pay: Up to $3,500.00 per month
