We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. The candidate will be assigned a portfolio within Etobicoke and Mississauga with the support and guidance of both a Property Manager and Regional Manager. The candidate will be responsible for corresponding with residents and dealing with resident inquiries promptly. Assist in managing property maintenance and repairs, create and circulate notifications/newsletters to residents, etc. Further information below.
The ideal candidate would be someone that is currently working in the property management industry and has a limited licence. Condominium management experience is an asset and enrolled in the Property Management courses or planning to enroll.

Currently, this role includes 1 day at our head office located in downtown Toronto and will require building on-site office hours.
Duties include but are not limited too
- Helping conduct Board Meetings and AGMs
- Preparing building/resident correspondence
- Assist in resolving resident issues
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Facilitate and enforce internal controls and procedures
- Enforce rules and regulations of the Condominium
- Prepare Community Notices, Violation Notices etc.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
