Position Overview
We are seeking an Independent Business Development & Client Acquisition Representative to help expand HomelyHands Support Services by building community relationships, generating qualified client referrals, and increasing awareness of our home care services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, community engagement, and business development while earning recurring compensation based on successful client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
- Network with senior organizations, community groups, healthcare professionals, and local businesses.
- Generate qualified client leads through community outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct non-clinical conversations with prospective clients and families.
- Educate families about available home care services and the referral process.
- Participate in community events, presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Assist with social media, marketing initiatives, and community awareness campaigns.
- Maintain accurate lead records and provide updates on business development activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, community outreach, or client relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Experience working with seniors, healthcare, community organizations, or non-profit organizations is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor position with a performance-based compensation model.
- Recurring compensation based on active clients successfully referred to HomelyHands Support Services.
- Performance bonuses may be available based on business growth and achievement of agreed milestones.
